RCSI firing from all cylinders on the sporting front

RCSI (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland)'s sporting teams have got their new respective seasons of top a great start as, this week, our Soccer, Mens GAA and Ladies GAA all celebrated victories

RCSI soccer after beating DIT
The RCSI soccer team hosted DIT (Dublin Institute of Technology) in Dardistown on a wet Wednesday evening on 21st October and dominated from beginning to end, claiming an emphatic 5-1 victory. This win will hopefully lay the foundations for a good run in the Collingwood cup. Well done the the team and their captain Eoghan Farrell and coach Benjamin Melvin.

RCSI Mens GAA saw off St Pats
On Thursday 22nd October, RCSI Mens GAA triumphed against St Pats College with a score of 2-13 to St Pats 0-12. A big congratulations goes to the entire squad, led by skipper Ian Kelly.

RCSI also got the better of UCD in a thrilling game

Last, but certainly not least, the RCSI Ladies GAA team put on a spectacular performance in a six-goal thriller against UCD (University College Dublin)
The final score was RCSI 4-8 UCD 2-11. Congratulations to the team and to joint-captains, Niamh Sheridan and Marie Larkin.
