Going to a new College isn't just about studying. It's about living in a new and exciting city. As a student this may well be your first experience of living away from home. Indeed this may be your first experience of Ireland.

• Dublin is the capital city of Ireland
• The city covers a land area of 115 square kilometers
• Dublin is situated on the estuary of the River Liffey. The river empties into Dublin Bay, which opens onto the Irish Sea.

• Average winter temperatures are 4C to 7C (39F to 45F)
