Undergraduate Courses
The BSc. Physiotherapy degree is a qualification for people who want to practice physiotherapy in the Irish healthcare system or in private practice. Graduates from this degree course are automatically eligible for membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. RCSI has become the first Irish School of Physiotherapy to have a programme successfully reviewed, thus allowing all graduates in that course year apply to the Physiotherapy Board of Australia for General Registration and to seek employment in recognised physiotherapy posts in Australia. RCSI offers a five and six year course for school leavers. Some students may be exempt from the foundation year, based on their academic subjects and / or grades they have achieved prior to admission. If, so they will undertake the five year programme. More Information.
Medicine (Graduate Entry Program)
The RCSI Graduate Entry Programme (GEP) is an accelerated four year medical programme for graduates of other discipline. More Information.
The undergraduate Pharmacy degree offered in RCSI is a 4 year programme which aims to produce graduates capable of distinct communication, application and sufficient understanding of the basic principles and techniques of pharmaceutical science. The course is structured such that an individual student journey progresses from foundation studies, through scientific and professional studies, in preparation for practice. More Information.
