The Board Room extends the full length of the upper storey. It has a fine cornice and three beautiful windows that look out onto St. Stephen's Green. The Room has been used during the last two centuries for important occasions on which the President, Vice-President, Censors and Members convene for College events.
The room has many interesting features including a historic interest to the room as it was used as a citadel during the 1916 Easter Rising when it was taken over by Countess Markievicz.
The Room also has a fine portrait gallery, with notable portraits of Charles Cameron, George Renny and James Henthorn to name but a few.
