Professor Tyrone D. Cannon from UCLA delivered a special guest lecture at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) today. Professor Cannon is one of the pre-eminent researchers in the field of schizophrenia research and neuroscience and his work is highly regarded. As part of his lecture on ‘A Translational Genetics and Neuroscience Strategy for the Study of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder’, Professor Cannon talked about his cutting-edge work in the area of translational genetics and neuroscience.
