Arabian Night at RCSI

06 November 2015

RCSI’s first ever Arabian Night took place on the 23rd of October 2015 and was hosted by the newly established Middle Eastern Students’ Association (MESA).

In addition to multiple traditional Middle Eastern activities taking place at the event, such as palm-reading, Henna tattoos and an authentic Arabian style jalsa (seating) photo booth, Arabian Night also played host to RCSI’s Got Talent 2015 where 8 contestants compete for the title of the 'most talented student at RCSI'.

As with all talent shows our contestants were allowed anywhere between 2-5 minutes to showcase their talent, followed by an evaluation from our lovely and culturally diverse panel of judges.

And at the end of the day, Faisal Al-Tamimi, an exchange student from RCSI-Bahrain, took home the trophy and title of RCSI’s most talented performer.
