TERG PhD student Joanne O'Dwyer picks up another award

Congratulations to Ms. Joanne O'Dwyer who following on from her success at BinI earlier in 2017, was awarded 'Best Oral Presentation' at the 2nd European Nanomedicine Meeting, hosted by the British Society for Nanomedicine in King's College London on April 3 - 4.

Joanne's winning talk - "The Development of Bioinspired Star-Shaped Polypeptide Based Nanoparticles for Sustained Delivery of an Angiogenic Growth Factor to the Ischaemic Myocardium" - was based on her on-going PhD research is which is supervised by Profs Sally Ann Cryan, Garry Duffy and Andreas Heise.
