Endoscopy workshop

Overview

This workshop will be very hands-on course where both virtual reality endoscopic simulators and bench task trainers will be used to practice doing gastroscopy and colonoscopy, on modules with different pathologies. In some of the modules tasks such as polypectomy and biopsy will be performed.

The workshop will be run in two parallel sessions to maximise simulator use. The interactive case based discussions will deal with themes such as oesophageal, gastric and small and large bowl diseases with video and visual footage of real cases.
