Effective Project Management for Nurses and Midwives

This introductory-level programme provides nurses and midwives with the language and detailed knowledge to act as an informed member of a project management team using the best practice project methods. The programme provides a detailed overview of six stages from starting to closing a project. The programme comprises a mixture of input sessions, group exercises and workshop activities which will allow previous practical project experience to be used for analysis. All participants will be encouraged to actively participate during the practical sessions to gain maximum benefit of the programme.
